Web Desk: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has taken a significant decision to prevent conflict of interest by restricting two prominent former cricketers from PSL roles. The move directly impacts their involvement with Quetta Gladiators.
The Pakistan Cricket Board has barred Wahab Riaz and Sarfaraz Ahmed from working in the Pakistan Super League (PSL), according to sources.
The decision has been taken as part of the board’s efforts to ensure transparency and avoid any potential conflict of interest.
Sources said both former cricketers have been restricted from working with Quetta Gladiators while serving as PCB employees. Wahab Riaz and Sarfaraz Ahmed were previously part of the Quetta Gladiators team management.
