Web Desk: Apple is reportedly preparing to unveil its most affordable iPhone model of 2026 on March 4, although the company has not yet officially confirmed details regarding the launch event.
According to recent reports and industry leaks, the upcoming device — expected to be named iPhone 17e — will succeed the iPhone 16e and offer a more budget-friendly option for consumers seeking the Apple experience at a lower price point.
The smartphone is anticipated to start at around $599, potentially making it the most economical iPhone model introduced this year.
While the overall design is expected to remain similar to its predecessor, the new device may include several notable upgrades. One of the major changes could be the replacement of the traditional notch with the Dynamic Island feature for the front camera, providing an improved display experience.
The iPhone 17e is also likely to feature Apple’s new A19 processor, which is expected to deliver performance comparable to the standard iPhone 17 lineup.
In addition, the device may introduce MagSafe support — a feature that was not available in the previous iPhone 16e model — allowing for faster and more convenient magnetic charging.
